The Science Behind NuSole
Every step you take follows a pattern, Heel strike, mid-stance, toe-off. NuSole Insoles 3-arch support technology has been built to support all three with:
- Heel Cushioning: Softens the impact of every step, reducing wear and tear on joints, especially when exposed to hard surfaces.
- 3-Arch Design: Stabilises your foot during mid-stance and absorbs shock like a trampoline, giving you better posture and energy return.
- Toe Support: Reinforced under the metatarsal heads and toes to help you push off with more strength, grip, and control.
The result? All-day comfort with complete anatomical support.
No more tired, sore feet at the end of the day. NuSole Insoles help to relieve foot arch pain, plantar fasciitis and fatigue by supporting you on your feet all day

Frequently Asked Questions - NuSole Insoles
What makes NuSole insoles different from other insoles and orthotics?
Custom orthotics can be expensive, time-consuming to access and impractical for everyday wear.
At the other end of the spectrum, most generic insoles provide little to no true anatomical support.
NuSole was designed to sit in the sweet spot between the two.
Our insoles offer complete anatomical foot support, including all three arches of the foot, combined with targeted magnetic therapy to support circulation, balance and the foot–brain connection. This helps reduce strain caused by standing, walking and exercising on hard urban surfaces.
Unlike flat or cushioned inserts, NuSole provides:
- Structured 3-arch support for better alignment
- Shock absorption to reduce impact on hard surfaces
- A slim, versatile design that fits comfortably into your favourite everyday shoes
Think: all the benefits of custom orthotics, without the custom price — designed for people who live on their feet.
What causes pain in the arch of the foot
Pain in the arch of the foot is often caused by strain or inflammation in the muscles and connective tissue that support the foot’s arches, often linked to poor footwear, hard surfaces, or prolonged standing.
This is caused by:
- Lack of anatomical foot support from most, if not all shoes.
- Walking, standing and exercising on hard urban surfaces.
- Hard surfaces: concrete, hardwood flooring, marble and asphalt offer no shock absorption.
- Without shock absorption the arches in our feet have to compensate, overextending and stretching beyond their capability - leads to: flat feet, plantar fasciitis, foot arch pain, heel pain etc.
Insoles with complete anatomical support can offer similar benefits to custom made orthotics.
Customers notice significant improvement to pain in the arch of the foot just one week after trying.
Can insoles help with plantar fasciitis?
Plantar fasciitis is caused by repeated strain on the plantar fascia, often linked to poor arch support and walking on hard, man made surfaces.
Insoles complete with proper arch support can help reduce stress on this tissue, by providing shock absorption under the pressure points- giving you "a spring in your step" when standing and working on your feet all day.
Why does heel pain feel worse in the morning?
Heel pain, also known as "Plantar fasciitis" often feels worst first thing in the morning because the plantar fascia tightens during rest and is suddenly stretched when you take your first steps.
Who benefits most from arch support insoles?
Arch support insoles are beneficial for people with flat feet, high arches, heel pain, or discomfort from standing or walking on hard surfaces.
Insoles designed with arch support help redistribute pressure across the foot and reduce strain on the arch muscles and connective tissue.
Do shoes alone provide enough foot support?
Most modern shoes prioritise style and cushioning over anatomical support, which can leave the foot’s arches unsupported during daily activity.
