Dr. Bruce Whittingham and his wife Sophia have run a very successful health and wellness clinic on the gold coast for the last three decades. Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and walking distance from the beach.
The Whittingham's and their four daughters follow a philosophy that believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself.

Three Decades of Clinical Experience and Thousands of Foot Scans
Many of the patients Dr Bruce treated struggled with flat feet, heel pain and discomfort caused by long hours on their feet — yet found custom orthotics inaccessible and standard shoe inserts ineffective.
Nothing truly supported the foot as a whole, and nothing felt accessible for everyday life.
Dr Bruce began asking a different question.
What if the benefits of custom orthotics didn’t have to come with the high price, long wait times, or clinical barriers?
What if there was a way to offer complete anatomical support — for everyone?
The goal was to create arch support insoles that offered the same foundational support as custom orthotics, without the cost or inconvenience, making proper foot support accessible to more people.
Designing an Accessible Alternative to Custom Orthotics
As a Chiropractor, Dr Bruce spends long days working on his feet. He understands what it feels like when your body is loaded by hard surfaces, long hours and constant movement.
During his wife’s pregnancy, he watched how difficult it became for her to stand comfortably for extended periods, this was the catalyst. He realised how much support mattered and how limited the options truly were.
For more than eight years, Dr Bruce developed insoles. Refining, testing, adjusting.
Until now, they were only available to patients who walked through his clinic doors. Patients experienced the difference firsthand: improved comfort, better support, the ability to move, work and exercise without pain.
Clients who used to hobble home from a long day still have a spring in their step at dinner.
NuSole exists because Dr Bruce believes movement is fundamental to quality of life.
