Which size should I order? We recommend ordering the same size as the shoes you plan to wear your NuSoles in. If you wear a larger size for running than for everyday shoes, you will need a separate pair for each - one insole size won't fit comfortably across both.

About the insole profile: NuSole insoles are slim line at just 2-3mm thick, making them discreet enough to fit into most everyday footwear. The medial arch support is soft padding - not solid or rigid - so your foot can move naturally with every step.
Which shoes are NuSole insoles compatible with?
NuSole insoles are designed to work with a wide range of closed and semi-closed footwear, including:

Not compatible with: Open-toe sandals, flip flops, or any footwear with a plug or strap between the toes.
