We’re here to support every step — that’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order arrives. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
Our goal is to help you move better and give you the freedom of pain-free movement. If you are unsatisfied with NuSole performance insoles, we’re here to make it right.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If your insoles are unused, unworn, and in original packaging, you can return them for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure you include your proof of purchase.
Worn But Not Working?
NuSole insoles are not just orthotics — they’re performance tools. To truly feel the difference, you need to wear them.
- Worn them for at least one full day?
- Didn’t feel the support you expected?
Let us know within 14 days of first wear and we’ll sort a return. We recommend giving them 4 consecutive days — most feet need time to adjust.

Not Designed To Be Used In Water
Due to the intricate design of our magnetic technology, NuSole insoles are not waterproof.
Our Performance Insoles are designed for dry, performance-driven environments — not pools, puddles, or washing machines.
Insoles returned with water damage or moisture exposure are not eligible for a refund.
Something Not Right?
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us at info@nusole.com.au within 48 hours.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email info@nusole.com.au with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We’ll send through next steps.
- Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll confirm your refund.
Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and credit card processing times may vary.
