Our goal is to help you move better and give you the freedom of pain-free movement. If you're not satisfied with your NuSole Performance Insoles, we’ve got you covered.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If your insoles are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, you can return them for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure to include your proof of purchase.

NuSole insoles aren’t just orthotics — they’re performance tools. To feel the difference, you need to wear them:

  • Worn them for at least one full day?
  • Didn’t feel the support you expected?

Let us know within 14 days of first wear and we’ll help you return them.

We recommend trying them for 4 consecutive days — most feet need time to adjust.

If it’s still a no, email us at info@nusole.com.au with a quick explanation so we can keep improving.

Not Designed to Be Used in Water

Due to the intricate design of our magnetic technology, NuSole insoles are not waterproof.

Our Performance Insoles are made for dry, performance-driven environments — not pools, puddles, or washing machines.

Insoles returned with water damage or moisture exposure will not be eligible for a refund.

Something Not Right?

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us at info@nusole.com.au within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@nusole.com.au with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We’ll send through the next steps.
  3. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm your refund.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
